Doesn't it look kind of purple!?
How many people and toddlers does it take to sparge beer?
What I wore to brew day, I love this on the bias stripe fabric, but these will most likely be pajama pants from now on. The stripes are a little off in the front center area and way off in the back center area - I almost made a skirt and I guess I should have! Oh well, they are still really soft and comfy and I did need some non flannel pj pants! Top is from Club Monaco many moons ago, I really like it because it's 2 layers tops but actually joined at the bottom.
This is the last pint from the last brew It was a California Uncommon Common sale. This time we did a Pike Tandem Double Ale clone.
For Monday/Day 20 of Me Made June, I made a knit version of the Colette Sorbetto in some funky German rayon jersey I've been saving. I love the feel and the print/colors but the flowers are HUGE so it would really look right as a skirt or a dress. Denim Capris from Express.
Today I just wore a tank top originally Olive from Express but it faded in some areas and turned dark in others. Really really odd but I threw it in with some flat diapers I was dying bright blue and even more odd it came out a evenly colored dark turquoise color. I don't think I've even seen this color for sale in a store, so I love it!! And today I wore it with my favorite linen pants. (Don't we all look like flat cardboard cutouts because of the weird backlight?)
You look so cute! What a neat pastime, beer making. The sorbetto top is cute!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Reed & J are super nerds and love all the chemistry and precision involved with brewing, and then of course, they enjoy drinking their work at the end!
ReplyDeleteThe sorbetto top is an awesome pattern! I have fabric picked out to make 2 more on my cutting table :)
